The hotel's decor and general areas were absolutely stunning. The attention to detail in the decoration made me feel like I was surrounded by elegance and luxury. The accessibility for senior people was also excellent, with ramps and handrails available throughout the hotel, making it easy for me to navigate and feel safe.

I would have loved to see more activities specifically tailored for senior guests. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or organized sightseeing tours that take into consideration the needs and preferences of older individuals.

The room was mind-blowingly nicely appointed, with a super comfortable bed and quiet air-conditioning. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The location was jaw-droppingly convenient, right next to subway lines 1 and 3, and only a 15-minute walk to the 5 avenues area.

During Christmas, the view from our room was incredible, we could see the city skyline. the location was perfect, close to lots of attractions and restaurants. the decor of the hotel was stunning.

The internet was slow, and the room service burger was not cooked to our specifications. the staff was responsive to our needs and the cleaning crew was efficient, although could have dusted behind the furniture more thoroughly.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and this luxury hotel was perfect for what we needed. It is literally next to the metro stop and within walking distance to the famous "5 avenues". Staff spoke English and were always ready to help when we needed. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean, with super comfortable beds. The design and food quality of their Chinese restaurant were top class. Nice pool and gym as well! Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

the room and our bathroom were clean and comfortable. the friendly staff were quick to respond to our needs, for example, when we requested an orange juice and sparkling water instead of the diluted juice served at breakfast. the ground floor lounge had excellent food options.

The concierge service lacked efficiency, as they failed to make a phone call I had requested.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Its perfect location next to the metro stop made it very convenient to explore this city's famous Five Avenues area. The cleanliness level was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast served here.
